"When I was a kid, my stepdad maintained the grounds of a large apartment complex filled with winding walkways, wide stretches of grass, and flower beds that seemed to bloom year-round. Every now and then, I'd tag along to help, pushing a mower, raking leaves, or simply following him from one end of the property to the other.
What I remember most is the scent. Freshly cut grass lingering in the air. Flowers warmed by the afternoon sun. The feeling of being outside all day. Garden is inspired by those memories.
